OEM Infrared Halogen Heating Elements: The Drop-In Replacement You Need
We build these heating elements for engineers who just want a solution that works—no machine redesign required. Our halogen lamps deliver heat right where you need it, and the electrical setup is straightforward. No fuss. Just performance.
Power, Voltage, and Size: Built for the Real World
These lamps are specced for actual industrial work. A typical unit runs at 400V and 2500W, packing serious heat into a compact 300mm tube. That power-to-size ratio hits the sweet spot for many standard heating zones. The 400V design lowers the current draw for that wattage. In practice, that means you can use smaller wiring, smaller terminals, and you get less voltage drop over the run. And the 300mm length? It keeps the footprint tight, so the lamp slips right into existing reflector assemblies and those cramped machine bays. There is a trade-off, though. 2500W in a short tube concentrates the heat. Your cooling system needs to be able to handle that ambient load, or nearby components can start to overheat.
The Build: Halogen, Coating, and the R7s Base
The halogen cycle keeps the quartz envelope cleaner and helps stabilize output over time. This design lets the filament run hotter, pushing more energy into the infrared spectrum. The quartz itself is chosen to resist thermal shock, so the lamp can handle rapid start-stop cycles without blinking. A reflective coating on the tube directs the energy forward. Less wasted side radiation means better coupling into the target. Then there’s the R7s connector—a proven, two-pin ceramic base that locks into standard holders. It handles high temperatures, gives you solid contact, and makes wiring the lamp quick and repeatable.
Where It Shines: Engineer-Focused Performance
These elements are perfect for fast-response, localized heating—think plastic processing, coating curing, and similar industrial lines. The high wattage density, infrared output, and the R7s base combine into a direct replacement that installs exactly like your current lamp. We stand behind this performance. If our heating effect doesn’t match your current major-brand lamp, we’ll refund the price difference. It’s that simple. We want these OEM infrared halogen heating elements to meet your engineering needs on the shop floor.
