Technical Deep-Dive

Our standard setup runs at 400V, with power up to 2500W, all packed into a 300mm tube. Why go so high? Because high voltage and power density give you a lot of wattage in a small footprint. That means you can heat a specific zone without turning the whole machine bay into a sauna. And the 300mm length? It keeps the lamp’s footprint small, so it slips right into existing equipment where space is always at a premium.

Material & Design

The quartz tube isn’t just a shell. It lets shortwave infrared energy through with ease, and it handles sudden temperature swings without cracking. Inside, the carbon filament heats up fast and is built to last through repeated high-temperature cycles. We also add a halogen gas fill to slow filament evaporation. That keeps the output stable over time and helps performance stay consistent. Then there’s the R7s base. It’s the practical choice for industrial installs. It locks in securely, aligns cleanly, and carries the current without needing extra adapters. The lamp sits tight, so it can handle vibration without shifting or losing contact.
