We use high-frequency sampling to catch those tiny micro-arcs or leakage currents—the little “glitches” that happen right before a total short circuit. To make that work, the PCB gets a bit more complex, and we have to be much more careful with shielding so electrical noise doesn’t mess with the data. You’ll also need a smarter PLC to handle all this info. Yeah, it costs a bit more upfront for the electronics, but compared to the nightmare of losing thousands of dollars in uptime? It’s a no-brainer. Maintenance without the guesswork The best part is that you can stop throwing away perfectly good heaters just because a calendar told you to. No more “replace every six months” rules. Instead, you replace them because they’re actually worn out.
